• Unlimited email communication leading up to your session
• Email support for one week following your session
• A personalized one-page recap with notes, recommendations, and key takeaways
• Sessions held on Tuesday or Thursday evenings at a mutually agreed upon time
• Your Zoom link will be sent to the email address on file prior to the session
